Introducing the new DTF t-shirt printing solution, an in-line photo-quality continuous-tone printing on a film (carrier) solution in CMYK and included white. The solution incorporates a unit for drying and applying the transfer glue that is applied only to the print and provides the finishing for transfer, glue that is activated by heat. This type of glue is the latest technology that allows transfer on all types of fabrics and substrates, both polyester and natural fibers (cotton, blends...) and leather, polyesters and .....

This is a new state-of-the-art DTF T-shirt printing solution that allows you to produce transfer designs with a much higher quality than before. What is transferred is only the design (the pigment) without transferring any vinyl or additional material, so its elasticity is much greater, it does not crack and offers maximum durability and superior resistance even to transfer screen printing processes.

It saves time and processes, as the design does not have to be cut by plotter at its perimeter, as the film is just a conveyor (not transferred), so that only by manually cutting each piece the transfer process can be performed, as it just transfers the design.

How does it work?
Process:
Printing - Drying - Application of heat-activated transfer glue - Final product.

Materials: The process requires the use of special pigmented textile transfer ink + Stamping film carrier + Transfer glue.
